The server has finally been updated to Minecraft 1.21.8!

Due to the server software we use not releasing a stable version for 1.21.5 - 1.21.7 we had to wait until now to update. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Additionally, 1.21.6-7 were just bug releases rather than normal releases.
